This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use this site and how it is processed.

Audience measurement

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, provided by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA), to measure scry-site traffic and monitor its technical performance.

Data collected

  • Pages visited, referrer, country, device type and browser.
  • Performance metrics (Core Web Vitals: LCP, CLS, INP, FCP, TTFB).
  • An ephemeral identifier, generated by hashing the IP address, user-agent and a secret key rotated daily, used to distinguish unique visitors without identifying them by name. This identifier does not allow tracking beyond 24 hours.

Purpose

Audience measurement and performance improvement of the site, exclusively.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR). This processing falls under the consent exemption granted by the French data protection authority (CNIL) for audience measurement tools strictly limited to statistical purposes (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL guidelines).

Retention period

25 months maximum.

Recipients

Data is processed by Vercel Inc. acting as a processor, under a signed Data Processing Addendum. It is neither sold, nor cross-referenced with other processing, nor transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes.

Transfers outside the EU

Data may be processed in the United States. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, providing an adequate level of protection recognized by the European Commission (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).

No cookies are set by Vercel Analytics.
